JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide quality service to each account assigned through a thorough knowledge of the unique character of each account and by maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and related professionals connected with those accounts
• Act as a key consultant to clients, developing and implementing solutions
• Demonstrate sound complex decision-making skills, including balancing business risk to Community Trust and Investment Company with client interests
• Supervise assigned Client Service  Administrator's daily tasks with appropriate follow up; train as needed; provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback
• Support Business Development Officers in the solicitation of new accounts
• Interact with other support areas in order to develop and implement account objectives and investment strategies
• Participate actively in community affairs and professional associations
• Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Four year college degree (BA, BS, BBA) or equivalent, plus 2- 4 years of industry experience
• Technically proficient in fiduciary law, tax, investments, and administration 
• Working knowledge of investment management and the ability to communicate investment and economic concepts, approaches, and performance to clients
• Confident serving in an advisory capacity to clients and families

WORKING CONDITIONS
