Overview
The Wealth Advisor III is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and growing their portfolio by building new client relationships. This individual will have a broad and deep understanding of sophisticated wealth management practices and investment strategies. The Wealth Advisor III will create and deliver comprehensive wealth plans and coordinated financial strategies to align with each client's goals and values. The experienced advisor will be a thoughtful listener, have a strong team mentality and be driven to grow professionally and personally, while providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues. In addition to delivering comprehensive wealth planning, Wealth Advisor III is accountable for achieving new business revenue goals through proactive client acquisition and strategic relationship development.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Uncover client goals and develop tailored financial strategies.
Deliver presentations and facilitate client meetings with professionalism and clarity.
Monitor and adjust financial plans based on market conditions and client life changes.
Educate clients on financial concepts and empower them to make informed decisions.
Business Development
Foster relationships with centers of influence and community organizations.
Regularly attend charitable events to support community engagement.
Leverage referral networks and community involvement to expand the client base.
Represent the organization at networking events and professional associations.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Assemble and lead cross-functional client strategy teams.
Act as a key advisor and resource to team members.
Collaborate with internal partners across investment, trust, banking, and insurance to deliver integrated solutions.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements within the department.
Compliance & Ethics
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all client and business interactions.
Stay current on industry regulations and apply best practices in all planning and advisory work.
Document all client interactions and recommendations in accordance with compliance protocols.
Team Support & Leadership
Promote a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Mentor junior advisors and support staff to build skills and confidence.
Share expertise and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
Other Duties

Pay Range
USD $100,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
Bonus/Incentive Plan
This position includes participation in a performance-based cash incentive plan. May also be eligible for Equity Grants.
