• Support charitable giving initiatives as directed
• Review and approve client receipts and disbursements in accordance with established policies
• Monitor and manage cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for lifestyle and capital expenditures
• Assist with asset acquisitions, including budgeting, ownership structuring, and financial modeling
• Support tax compliance processes by collecting, organizing, and reviewing relevant documentation
• Oversee general ledger activity to ensure accurate categorization of assets, liabilities, and expenses
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Lifestyle & Concierge, and Tax teams to ensure timely completion of client initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with external advisors and professional partners as directed
• Support client insurance programs (automobile, property, liability) and facilitate asset appraisals to ensure adequate coverage
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding client and office matters
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals or family entities (trusts, partnerships, LLCs, etc.)
• Experience in tax or audit strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and presentation development
