The Opportunity

A leading wealth management platform is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join its growing team.

Unlike many advisory opportunities, successful Advisors are provided with a sizeable portfolio of existing high-net-worth client relationships from day one. The focus is on activating and deepening those relationships through comprehensive financial planning, investment advice, and ongoing client engagement rather than building a book entirely from scratch.

This is a planning-led role where Advisors act as the primary point of contact for their clients, delivering tailored advice while leveraging the support of specialists across investments, retirement planning, and broader wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
  • Re-engage and activate opportunities within an existing client base
  • Grow assets and wallet share through relationship development and client service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their financial needs
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide tailored wealth management solutions
  • Build a disciplined, process-driven practice focused on long-term success

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private client advisory
  • Experience managing client relationships and developing business within a book of clients
  • Strong financial planning and investment knowledge
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licences, plus Series 65 or 66
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • CFP designation or progress towards obtaining one is advantageous

What's on Offer

  • Performance-based incentive structure. First-year earnings potential of $150k-$200k+
  • Access to an established portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth client relationships
  • Hybrid working model
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Clear progression pathway with significant long-term earning potential
  • Collaborative, planning-focused culture with strong internal support resources
