Allworth Financial is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to support its external sales representatives and advisors in promoting financial planning and wealth management solutions to prospective clients referred through strategic partner relationships.
This role serves as the first point of contact for new business referrals and plays a critical role in managing the client experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and driven by delivering exceptional client service while ensuring efficient sales cycle execution.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming referral opportunities from external partners
Promptly acknowledge referrals and coordinate next steps with prospective clients and referral partners
Schedule introductory meetings and coordinate calendars across all involved parties
Gather and document client information to support advisor discovery meetings
Maintain exceptional response times and communication throughout the client engagement process
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progression through the sales cycle
Assist in gathering information needed to prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and client presentations
Support the creation and delivery of onboarding documentation and account paperwork
Monitor account opening and funding activities to ensure a seamless client experience
Facilitate communications between advisors, clients, and external partners throughout the onboarding process
Maintain knowledge of program-specific processes, systems, and referral partner requirements
Support assigned sales representatives with pipeline management and opportunity tracking
Provide CRM and data management support to ensure accurate reporting and workflow management
Assist leadership with sales activity reporting and pipeline analytics as requested
Travel up to 10% as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
3+ years of sales support, client service, relationship management, or related experience
Experience supporting business development or sales teams preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Interest in learning and operating within the financial services industry
Ability to maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional standards
