Seeking a junior wealth management associate for an established boutique private wealth management firm in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or relevant field and experience working one to two years (and can include an internship) in a financial investment or wealth management firm. This is an opportunity to work closely with the President and Chief Investment Officer in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families nationwide in expanding their investment portfolios

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide highest standards of customer relationships and serve the financial needs of the firms clientele
Attend industry-specific training webinars and meetings; become proficient in asset allocations, estate planning, finance and tax laws related to wealth management
Use Black Diamond and Schwab electronic platforms to assist with new client onboarding and maintain and monitor existing client relationships
Prepare, file, and update account and client-related documents
Update daily, monthly, and quarterly data and reports related to financial portfolios
interact with clients and assist with non-investment-advice matters
Prepare analysis and documents related to client portfolio reviews and ensure all deadlines are met and all projects are completed on time
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelors degree from 4-year university in a finance or relevant field
Preferably currently working as an associate, specialist, or intern in a wealth management or financial investment firm
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written
Strong computer skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
Able to work onsite M-Thursday and ½ day on Friday
Be adaptable and learn new concepts, systems, and software quickly
Be able to complete projects timely, effectively, efficiently, and accurately
Work well without supervision by being able to set priorities
Be able to maintain confidentiality and be loyalty and trustworthiness
Be able to work independently by triple-checking all work to detect/eliminate mistakes in a proactive manner
Be able to work well with high-net worth clients, colleagues, and vendors
