The Wealth Management Associate owns the operations that keep client relationships running — account openings, money movement, workflow and pipeline management — while gaining hands-on financial planning exposure: preparing analyses, building meeting materials, and sitting in with our advisors in the Tempe and Kansas offices. It's the right seat for someone who wants to master the business from the ground up and grow toward an advisory career.

What We Are Looking For:
\n
\n
Organization is paramount — you keep flawless track of many open items at once, and nothing falls through
\n
2+ years in client service, operations, or financial planning, ideally at an RIA, bank, or brokerage
\n
Genuine interest in financial planning — CFP® coursework or intent to pursue it is a plus
\n
Clear, warm, professional communication in every channel — email, phone, and in person
\n
Comfortable on the phone — you'll speak directly with clients and partners daily, so confidence on calls is essential
\n
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong preference
\n
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft-based tools; CRM and custodial platform experience (Fidelity, Altruist) is a plus
\n
Discretion — comfortable handling confidential financial information
\n
\n
What You Will Do:
\n
\n
Open and transfer investment and bank accounts — paperwork, signatures, and tracking through completion
\n
Process withdrawal requests and other money movement with accuracy and appropriate urgency
\n
Support plan preparation — data gathering, scenario inputs, and analysis behind advisor recommendations
\n
Prepare materials for quarterly reviews, sit in on client meetings, and capture action items
\n
Serve as a first point of contact for clients and partners by phone and email
\n
Follow up proactively until every item is resolved
\n
Manage the firm's CRM process — every open task logged, owned, and closed on time
\n
Maintain the pipeline: prospects, closed business, and the quarterly review meeting calendar
\n
\n
Compensation and Schedule
\n
\n
$60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus
\n
Full-time, hybrid schedule — four days in our Tempe office, one day remote
\n
Paid time off
\n
Reports directly to the firm's founder and lead advisor — you'll learn the business firsthand
\n
We support your growth: Series 65 licensing and professional certifications for career advancement
\n
Clear path to advance into roles of greater responsibility as the firm grows
