Wealth Management Client Concierge
Location: Willoughby Hills, OH
Status: Full-time, In-office
Compensation: $60,000 -- $65,000 (based on experience)

As a Wealth Management Client Concierge, you will work directly with our firm’s leaders as well as the other members of our team to execute and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a mixture of excellent written and verbal communication skills,
project management savviness, executive presence, and a track record of successful operational and administrative support.

As a Wealth Management Client Concierge, you can expect to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional office experience
- Provide administrative and operational support to advisors while ensuring exceptional client service and efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional and welcoming environment.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and team members by anticipating needs, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering a high level of service.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Support the planning and execution of client appreciation events, including coordinating timelines, invitations, logistics, vendors, and event details.
- Coordinate office vendors and ensure the office environment is well maintained
- Complete paperwork to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of advisors and teammates to improve efficiency and client service.
- Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Wealth management or financial services experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
- 3 + years of experience in a similar role(s)
- Strong client facing experience
- Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A positive, collaborative attitude and professionalism under pressure
