Wealth Management Client Services Specialist

We are currently seeking experienced candidates with 2-3 years of administrative sales and accounting experience to join a reputable wealth management company in Canfield, OH. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills within a professional financial environment.

The ideal candidate will perform administrative functions related to client accounts, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records, all while providing excellent customer service. Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Pay
$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Add and maintain client data across business systems, using document management and customer relationship software
  • Process client service requests and general account maintenance as directed
  • Perform light accounting and bookkeeping for the office
  • Communicate with clients via phone and greet visitors
  • Assist with quarterly portfolio reports and client review presentations
  • Complete general clerical functions including typing, filing, answering phones, mailing documents
  • Support various projects and tasks assigned by the team

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate degree and 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in finance or banking
  • Familiarity with client account management systems

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of administrative, sales, or accounting experience in an office setting
