We’re seeking a highly organized, service-focused Wealth Management Coordinator to support our Wealth Management team and deliver exceptional member experience. This on-site role is based in Lane County and offers a starting pay range of $25.00–$31.00 per hour. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an additional $2 per hour.
About the Role:
The Wealth Management Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to OCCU’s Wealth Management Program. This role serves as a key point of contact for members, advisors, and internal partners, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, documentation, member onboarding, and service requests. The Coordinator also supports educational seminar logistics, maintains accurate records, and processes sensitive financial information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary resource for Wealth Management team members, staff, and members, providing information and support
- Coordinate member appointments, onboarding, and service requests, including opening new accounts and processing changes
- Provide administrative support such as preparing files, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and completing data entry and reporting tasks
- Support Wealth Management Advisors by scheduling appointments, setting follow-ups, and assisting with client requests (e.g., checks, transfers, address changes)
- Coordinate logistics for member educational seminars, including materials, registration, venue arrangements, and tracking results
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to support member needs and ensure consistent processes across administrative functions
What We’re Looking For:
- Two or more years of administrative/clerical and customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple advisors
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a financial institution or investment services environment
- Familiarity with financial documentation, forms, or compliance processes
- SIE, Series 7, Series 65/66, or applicable state insurance licenses (preferred but not required)
Education:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
