Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Wealth Management Operations Specialist I is responsible for transactional processing supporting Wealth Management accounts within the trust and/or bond accounting systems. This role ensures the accuracy of client account activity and reporting through trade processing, settlements, foreign currency exchange, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions for Wealth Management accounts within trust and bond accounting systems

• Execute trade processing and settlements

• Support foreign currency exchange activities

• Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate account reporting and performance tracking

• Collaborate with Wealth Management account officers and internal teams including Operations & Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit

• Coordinate with external depositories, vendors, and brokers to maintain accurate client account records

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations & Technology within the financial industry.
