A Brief Overview

The Wealth Operations Specialist I provides back-office support to Asset Management and Trust Services. The primary responsibilities include transaction processing, account reconciliation, document retention, and functions using the trust accounting system.

What you will do

  • Process transactions (deposits, disbursements, etc.) to the accounting system.
  • Print client checks, and create ACH and Wire Transfer transmissions (initial step of process).
  • Document filing (OnBase).
  • Process client communication such as greeting cards, holiday gifts, New Client letters, Change of Address letters, etc.
  • Balance and reconcile ACH and Wire bank accounts (daily).
  • Perform other duties supporting AMTS Operations.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

  • Trust Accounting Software a plus.
  • Previous experience with Trust Accounting Software a plus.
  • Associate’s Degree Business and minimum 1 year related preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
