Wealth Planning Senior Specialist

CAPTRUST is seeking a Centralized Wealth Planning Senior Specialist who will work directly with our wealth management teams to provide client and prospective client wealth management solutions. This includes support of our centralized financial planning model, onboarding new offices onto our wealth planning platform, executive financial planning, financial planning workflows, and continually developing strategies and solutions to better serve our clients. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:Direct support of CAPTRUST's centralized financial planning process and programParticipate and lead the development and delivery of financial plans in client meetingsWill work closely with financial advisors, client service, and peers on the Wealth Planning teamAdvanced planning in eMoney will be critical. Data entry will be neededSupport business development activities with prospective clientsAssist with training our wealth team on eMoney and our financial planning approachAssist with ad hoc projects within required deadlinesContribute to new research and project initiativesMay work, when necessary, beyond normal working hoursVery minimal travel expectedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience8+ years relevant industry experienceProficient in eMoney Advisor or similar financial planning softwareCFP DesignationDesired Qualifications/SkillsExperience with Financial Planning for high net worth clients including being able to lead a plan presentationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patientGood organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlinesStrong background/knowledge with financial planning strategiesTechnology savvy, proficient with Microsoft OfficeWhat can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
