The Weaver I - 3rd Shift role involves setting up and operating looms to produce fabrics for medical and industrial clients, typically on a broad or shuttle loom.
Shift hours are 11:00pm-7:00am, Sunday-Thursday.
Responsibilities include drawing in warp yarns, installing leases, completing documentation, manufacturing fabrics, identifying and correcting defects, recording measurements, adjusting processes for quality, and logging machine downtime.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 year of related experience, ability to read instructions, basic math skills, attention to detail, reliability, and basic computer skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
