  Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Weaving Operator for 1st shift. In this role, you will operate and maintain weaving machines while ensuring product quality and contributing to a safe, efficient work environment. Compensation is $17 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
  What You’ll Do

• Operate weaving machines efficiently with minimal errors
• Repair machine stops and replace materials as needed
• Diagnose quality issues and communicate with technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet production goals consistently

  What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Experience with industrial tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and a sense of urgency
