About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Application Engineer II to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-based web applications that support IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) workflows. This role will work across the full cloud technology stack—including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS—to build enterprise-grade solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong cloud architecture, API integration, and full-stack development experience who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based web applications across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs, MQTT, and other integration services with internal and third-party systems.
  • Build automation scripts, integration workflows, and event-driven processes.
  • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from solution design through deployment and production support.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement secure coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, monitoring, and logging.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues while driving continuous improvements.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture designs, and best practices for long-term platform scalability.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of software development experience with cloud-based applications.
  • Strong experience designing and developing applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Python.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, API integrations, middleware, and automation scripting.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud storage technologies such as Amazon S3, EBS, or EFS.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry (strongly preferred).
  • Experience developing IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • AWS, Azure, GCP, or Salesforce cloud certifications are preferred.
