We have an exciting opportunity for a Web Application Developer to join a high-impact project focused on building and enhancing a modern, accessible WordPress-based web platform.

Position: Web Application Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Primarily Remote – Onsite as Needed)
Duration: 5+ Months with Possible Extension
Interview Process: One Round Interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites using WordPress Core, Elementor, and third-party plugins.
  • Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible web solutions.
  • Configure website functionality including search, file sharing, analytics integration, and content migration.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain website performance, security, and usability.
  • Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of web application development experience.
  • Strong expertise in WordPress development.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Elementor.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG AA.
  • Experience with website security, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
