Web Application Developer
Location: Florida State Government, Tallahassee, FL
Work: On-Site 06 Months plus
Rate: DOE US Citizen and Green cards are Preferred.
Job Description:
- Create system designs, applying state of the art requirements gathering, requirements analysis and design practices.
- Five years of experience in developing applications in Node.js
- Five years of experience in developing applications using Python flask.
- Five years of experience in developing applications in React.
- Three years of agile development specifically in using the SCRUM framework.
- Three years of experience developing applications in IBM, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud environments.
- One year of experience in CI/CD, Containers and Kubernetes.
- Daily analysis and development of system enhancements, additions and bug fixes as directed by the Department.
- Modify and create application code and database code, applying state of the art development practices and processes as directed by the Department.
- Daily work tickets are assigned by the Department and often require code modification or enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified by the MQA group and the Applications Management team.
- Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository.
