Trident Consulting is seeking a "Web Communications Specialist” for one of our client in " Remote (Lake Forest, IL)”. A global leader in business and technology services.

Position: Web Communications Specialist
Location: Remote (Skaneateles, NY)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $34/hr - $38/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain website content using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Create, edit, and publish web pages, marketing content, and digital communications.
  • Perform content updates, image editing, and basic HTML/CSS modifications.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business teams to ensure accurate and timely website updates.
  • Support web content planning, execution, and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor website content for consistency, usability, and compliance with branding guidelines.
Required Skills
  • Experience with website content management and CMS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing and web publishing.
  • Familiarity with content governance and web accessibility standards.
Nice to Have
  • Project management experience.
