Job Title: Digital Communications Associate
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid, 2 – 3 days onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension.
Pay Rate Range: $30.00 - $35.21/hr. on W2.
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Job Summary:

• Client’s Employee Communications team is seeking a web content manager to serve as Digital Communications Associate.
• As the key point of contact for content owners and project sponsors from various teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple intranet pages and properties.

 
What you’ll do:

• Review web content requests and make regular content/video updates to intranet pages and third-party sites, ensuring searchability, accuracy and adherence to design guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Employee Communications, Employee Experience, IT, and Support
• Use approved AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to draft, edit, and repurpose intranet content, applying human review to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
• Utilize analytical tools and evaluate intranet engagement data to identify key insights and inform content strategies.

 
What you need to succeed:

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field
• 1-3 years of experience with web content management
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a plus
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, including writing effective prompts, and critically evaluating and fact-checking AI output.
• Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, web design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently to successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Ability to manage cross-functionally, persuade, influence, and build relationships to achieve program objectives.
• Incredible organizational skills and relentless follow through
