We’re a Palmer manufacturing team seeking a hands-on technician to keep our coating line running safely, cleanly, and to spec. If you thrive in a fast-moving production setting and enjoy precision work, this role is for you.
Impact you’ll make
Turn detailed work orders into consistent, spec-perfect product.
Operate the 475 machine while strictly following JSA documentation and standard processes.
Guard quality: inspect output and cleanliness throughout every run.
Spot and report material or process issues to the supervisor early.
Keep impeccable production and QA records.
Prepare mixes for adhesives, release coatings, and inks.
Set and mount plates onto shafts to meet job requirements.
Support the line with material handling and general production assistance.
Maintain an orderly, safe workspace.
What sets you up for success
1+ year as a manufacturing machine operator; exposure to coating, slitting, laminating, or related converting work preferred.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Works well independently and as part of a team; takes direction effectively.
Stable work history and a proactive, can-do mindset.
