Summary:
The Web Designer Student Worker will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications to support the department's digital presence. This role provides hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, fostering the development of key career-ready skills in digital literacy, problem-solving, and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using HTML and other relevant programming languages.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user-friendly web solutions.
Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
Debug and troubleshoot website issues to ensure functionality and usability.
Implement updates, enhancements, and new features based on feedback and evolving needs.
Ensure all web projects meet accessibility standards and align with Maryville's branding guidelines.
Stay updated on web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with front-end development (HTML)
