    Contract Details:

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Web Designer will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at our office location.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and web development techniques. They will also have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

    Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives

    - Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces

    - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback and approval

    - Optimize website designs for maximum usability and visual appeal

    - Ensure all website designs are responsive and compatible with different devices and browsers

    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience

    - Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented

    - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website designs

    - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design or a similar role

    - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

    - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    - Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization

    - Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    - A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects is required
