Design and implement a new Contentful content model covering articles, landing pages, taxonomies, authors, reusable CTAs, and a polymorphic block model
Build a migration toolchain that moves content, media, taxonomies, and redirects from WordPress into Contentful, with idempotent and re-runnable scripts

Train in-house authors on the new Contentful editing experience during pre-cutover phases
Decommission the WordPress instance and remove WordPress code paths after the rollback retention window closes
