As a Web Developer, you’ll:
- Work closely with the marketing and design team to implement new website functionality on the Magento eCommerce 2x framework to improve customer experience and online conversions.
- Develop and support Magento modules and templates
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Evaluate site performance
- Update website features and maintain security patches
- Suggest/maintain Magento Commerce shopping cart software installations and customization
- Make suggestions on how to better operate web experience for both customers and employees
- Support website with HTML, CSS and PHP programming assistance
- Administer Linux based web servers as well as manage DNS entries, SSL certificates and other web hosting tasks.
You'll be more successful if you have:
- experience with the tasks in the above section
- experience with Magento
- advanced knowledge of java script, html, CSS PHP and MYSQL
- experience administering AWS Linux based servers
- worked in e-commerce environment
- knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO Google Analytics and A/B testing best practices, a plus
- research skills and the ability to employ what is learned
- ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver on time
- project managed and worked within strict deadlines
- strong attention to detail
- worked effectively both independently and as part of a team
- been and will be pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
- good communication skills
Work Location:
- Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote
