The Web Developer/Programmer II provides advanced technical knowledge and development expertise for the FPI Intranet and Digital Applications platforms. This role focuses on .NET, SQL, and SharePoint, managing the full application life cycle to deliver high-value technology solutions. The incumbent works collaboratively with project managers, product owners, and business analysts to translate complex requirements into functional, user-centric web applications; and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Reviews, analyzes, designs, develops, and supports web-based software applications and related services.
- Develops, maintains, and enhances .NET, SQL, SharePoint, and related web application platforms.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, development standards, and support procedures.
- Develops and executes test plans, supports user acceptance testing, and validates production readiness.
- Troubleshoots, debugs, optimizes, and enhances existing applications and integrations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree from four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in web design and programming
- Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET
- Advanced experience (at least 2 years) with MS SharePoint is required. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI; minimum of 2 years of experience is required

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland's Faculty Physician's Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
