Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Web & Digital Content Specialist to manage the day-to-day build, design, and maintenance of Dynamics Payments' WordPress websites and digital content. This is a production and execution-focused role, you'll be the go-to person for building pages, updating content, designing web graphics, and keeping our site running smoothly and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress & Website Management: Independently build, update, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and digital properties primarily using WordPress (Elementor Pro, WPForms, WooCommerce).
• Content Uploads: Publish new pages, blog posts, and landing pages from content/creative provided by the marketing team.
• Landing Page & Web Development: Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using basic HTML & CSS.
• Technical Maintenance & QA: Manage site updates, plugin maintenance, form integrations, and routine digital QA to eliminate broken links, formatting bugs, or mobile responsiveness issues.
• Digital Tracking & Analytics Setup: Implement and maintain tracking tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, conversion goals, and UTM structure validation.
• E-Commerce & Form Administration: Configure and maintain functional web forms (WPForms) and payment/checkout workflows (WooCommerce or similar integrations).
• On-Page SEO & Performance: Execute technical on-page SEO best practices (metadata, image optimization, clean page structures, and URL management) to ensure optimal load times and organic discoverability.
• Digital Asset Adaptation: Utilize Figma and Adobe Photoshop to edit, resize, and optimize web graphics, banners, and digital assets for web publishing.

Experience & Other Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience managing, building, and maintaining WordPress sites in a business or marketing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to QA, speed optimization, and site uptime/health.
• Ability to manage technical web requests across internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Some relevant experience in B2B, fintech, merchant processing, or SaaS environments.

Working Conditions:

•     On site: 8-hour shift.
•     Extensive desk-based work, including prolonged periods of computer use and administrative tasks.
•     Frequent interaction with marketing, product and sales team.
