Website & Digital Marketing Manager
Drive Digital Innovation. Amplify a Mission. Change Lives.
At Ascentria Care Alliance, marketing is about more than clicks and campaigns—it's about helping children, families, refugees, immigrants, seniors, and communities move forward and thrive.
We're looking for an experienced Website & Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, driving meaningful engagement, and using data to tell powerful stories. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact on people's lives, we'd love to meet you.
Why You'll Love This Role
You'll lead Ascentria's digital presence, overseeing our websites, social media, digital marketing strategy, SEO, analytics, email campaigns, paid advertising, and online fundraising efforts. Every campaign you launch and every website enhancement you make helps connect people to critical services, recruit mission-driven employees, engage donors, and strengthen the communities we serve.
This is an opportunity to blend creativity, technology, analytics, and leadership while helping one of New England's largest nonprofit human service organizations tell its story.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize Ascentria's websites, intranet, and digital platforms to deliver an engaging, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns supporting recruitment, fundraising, senior living occupancy, and organizational awareness.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, social media, analytics, and lead generation strategies.
- Oversee digital fundraising initiatives and online engagement campaigns.
- Supervise and mentor our Marketing Specialist while fostering professional growth.
- Partner with marketing, IT, Advancement, and program leaders to create compelling digital content.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools, turning data into actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with digital vendors and technology partners.
- Ensure brand consistency, ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and recommend innovative strategies that strengthen Ascentria's digital presence.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience managing websites and digital marketing, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
- Advanced experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of WCAG/ADA website accessibility standards.
- Experience supporting recruitment marketing, fundraising campaigns, or donor engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally between Ascentria locations.
