Web Editor (contract/hybrid)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Web Editor for a contract, hybrid, opportunity in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties include:

• Website content updates and page QA in a CMS
• Issue resolution (broken links, formatting, bugs) and pre-release testing
• SEO optimization and ongoing performance improvements
• Accessibility monitoring and updates (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Change log management for updates, fixes, and releases
• Email platform migration support: review/QA of migrated templates and deployment coordination

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5+ years' experience as a web editor/digital editor/content specialist.
• Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, or similar).
• Strong editing, proofreading, and web QA skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
• Comfortable monitoring site health, troubleshooting issues, and testing web updates.
• Highly organized; able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Contract Pay: $30 to $40 an hour
