Job Description...
  • Our plain language glossary and do not use list, in collaboration with Corporate Editor, is the central truth for language standards across all communications channels.
  • Identify, research, recommend and publish language standards based on three broad priorities.
  • Supporting new product/solutions launches.
  • Voice of the customer and call drivers.
  • reas of clutter and jargon that create member experience confusion.
  • Work across business silos, and closely with the research, digital and communications teams.
  • Role is more of support, editing and review to check for compliance with published standards.
Required Experience:
  • Excellent language, terms, and definitions skills related to technical writing skills
  • Digital web editing and copy writing related to information hierarchies, navigation and user interactions
  • Business and communications consulting and facilitation across multiple business silos
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Mastery of MS Office
  • Experience with SharePoint programming
  • Experience with Grammarly and similar writing/editing tools
  • Consulting and facilitation skills, ability to work across business silos
  • Experience in conducting user research (e.g., usability, card sorting, member panel testing)
  • Masters in Information Design, Communications, or related.
