JOB SUMMARY
The Web & IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the City’s websites, while providing general IT support to staff and assisting with technology operations. This position emphasizes WordPress website development and administration as a primary function, with additional responsibilities supporting desktop systems and assisting with server environments.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong web skills and a willingness to learn and grow in systems and infrastructure technologies.
