The State Hygienic Laboratory (SHL), Iowa's Environmental and Public Health Laboratory, at the University of Iowa, under contract with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, has an exciting full-time opportunity for an IT Support Analyst in the Coralville, Iowa facility. The primary function of the position is to provide customer support for the SHL's web portal clients. Support services include provisioning and deprovisioning client accounts, resetting account passwords, and assisting clients with web portal use. Troubleshoot client issues and referring issues to the appropriate technical group.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with possible weekends and holidays.
Work Modality: On-Site, In-Person. Position may be eligible for hybrid work within Iowa after an initial training and evaluation period.
