Job Title: WEB PORTAL QE TESTER (Quality Engineering)
Role: Member Portal / Web Portal / Provider Portal

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Portal QE Tester to support testing and validation of web-based applications, including UI workflows, integrations, and backend processing. The role requires strong QA experience, hands-on web application testing, and mandatory healthcare domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute testing for web portal UI, workflows, forms, and navigation
• Perform end-to-end validation across UI, APIs, and backend systems
• Validate user journeys such as login, registration, search, and transactions
• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defects
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve issues
• Perform regression testing, UAT, and production validation
• Test cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (Chrome, Edge, mobile devices, etc.)
• Validate integrations between web portal and backend systems (APIs, databases)
• Verify data accuracy across UI, database, and downstream systems
• Validate error handling, performance, and usability of the web portal
• Monitor application behavior and validate system responses under different scenarios
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of QA testing experience in web applications
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and UI testing
• Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)
• Strong SQL skills for data validation
• Experience with Python (automation or scripting)
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)
• Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
• Experience with browser developer tools and debugging techniques
• Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member (eligibility, enrollment, benefits), authorization workflows, and appeals and grievances
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
• Experience with TOSCA Test Suite • Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG standards) • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, etc.)• Experience in automation frameworks (UI/API)
