Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist the Web Services team in maintaining and supporting the College's web resources. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in web technologies, accessibility, and IT support. Duties include updating website content, assisting with accessibility compliance, providing basic technical support, and supporting faculty, staff, and students with web-related tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common web browsers.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
Exposure to HTML/CSS or any coding language.
Experience with Microsoft Office.

Job Duties
Job Duty
Update and maintain website content using a Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Job Duty
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) by reviewing and adjusting web content for usability; training will be provided.
Job Duty
Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) support for faculty and students, including troubleshooting and basic guidance
Job Duty
Provide first-level technical support for Microsoft 365 and other web-based applications, resolving common issues and escalating when necessary.
Job Duty
Respond to help desk tickets and participate in small projects under the supervision of senior staff to support web services initiatives.
