Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the execution of tasks and projects to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals
  • Administer and maintain the Reyes Design Studio platform for optimal user efficiency
  • Act as the primary support contact for user training and assistance with Reyes Design Studio
  • Point person to ensure design quality adheres to brand guidelines and collaborate with teams to update product offerings
  • Create customized print designs and manage templates to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Analyze workflows in the Direct-to-Print process to identify and implement efficiency improvements
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Information Technology and 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
  • Proven experience in a Web-to-Print environment or administration role, ideally within the printing or graphics industry
  • Proficient in using Web-to-Print software such as web-based ordering systems, design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Pageflex Studio) and print production tools.
  • Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversi on factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, file formats, and color management
