Your Role: Supporting Employee Wellness and Benefits ExcellenceAs a Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in administering and supporting Webber's employee benefits programs with a strong emphasis on retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and vendor administration. You will serve as a trusted resource to employees, helping them understand and maximize their benefits while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer service across all benefit-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support 401(k) and retirement programs, including funding, audits, testing, and employee inquiries.
- Review, reconcile, and process monthly benefits vendor invoices and billing.
- Conduct eligibility and enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HSA account issues, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) tracking, and vendor reporting.
- Administer Wellness@Webber programs, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
