    Are you wanting to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing Company? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Position Title to join our team.

    Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

    Oversee Crane Fleet, coordinate crane assembly and disassembly, assist in scheduling and forecasting crane needs for operations, Assist with repairs, inspections, maintain all crane records and Annual inspections. Liaison with operations for crane needs, planning and forecasting

    What You Will Do:

    • Manage and maintain crane schedule and produce weekly crane report. Monitor utilization and forecast needs for operations
    • Coordinate all moves, assembly and disassembly
    • Assist with crane requests and identify proper size and tonnage
    • Visually Inspect cranes for proper maintenance. Check all functions, with operators
    • Preform Jobsite inspections
    • Liaison with Field operations
    • Record Keeping Service repairs and inspections
    • Review lift plans as needed and requested
    • Other administrative duties as assigned.

    Who You Are: A Profile of Success

    • Certified Crane Operator or five years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Valid driver's license is required. The position requires successful completion of a motor vehicle report check.
    • Effective organization and communication skills Strong People skills
    • Computer skills Microsoft office 360
    • Move throughout a construction jobsite which includes minor obstacles including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
