    Job Description:

    Summary

    Highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to join our team at the corporate office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting engineering projects by coordinating efforts, managing documentation, liaising between departments, and ensuring seamless operations.

    Regular Job Duties
    • Facilitate and oversee the coordination of engineering projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and reports for easy access and retrieval.
    • Serve as a point of contact for communication between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in scheduling project activities, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
    • Manage resource allocation including materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project needs.
    • Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
    • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or project management role.
    • Experience in the engineering sector, specifically in infrastructure or construction projects.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
