WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize webinars that drive lead generation, showcase product capabilities, establish thought leadership, and educate customers, helping generate measurable demand, engagement, and return on webinar investment.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This position follows a hybrid work schedule and is preferably based in our Leawood, KS, or Burlington, MA office. Remote candidates will also be considered for the right individual.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Planning, organizing, and executing webinars for lead generation, product demonstrations, thought leadership, and customer education. This involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, setting up registration pages, managing webinar platforms, creating content and promotional materials, and conducting post-webinar analysis.

• Contribute to and coordinate the development of compelling and engaging content and materials for webinars that align with event objectives and adheres to brand guidelines. This may involve creation and coordination of presentations, demos, videos and content from webinar recordings to drive post-event conversions.

• Develop and help execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for webinars. This includes coordination with other marketing teams to leverage various channels such as email marketing, social media, online advertising, and content distribution platforms to reach and attract the target audience.

• Collaborate with the Demand Generation, Sales Operations and Sales team to generate leads and track the effectiveness of webinars in generating qualified leads. Coordinate follow up with attendees and nurturing leads through email marketing and other channels to move them further down the sales funnel.

• Develop, track, and analyze key metrics and performance indicators of webinars, such as attendance rates, engagement levels, lead conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Create reports and present findings to key stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies and improve results.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field strongly preferred

• Relevant certifications in marketing, event management, or project management are a plus

• 2+ years' experience planning and executing webinars, virtual events, or related digital marketing programs

Skills and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of Zoom and/or other webinar platforms

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools for webinar management (HubSpot and Dynamics preferred)

• Ability to think creatively and to generate new ideas to drive engagement and high-performing content from webinar programs.

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities

HIRING RANGE

The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $62,200.00-$88,990.00. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected pay range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
