About the Role: A1 Consulting Group Inc is looking for a creative and driven WebMaster & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Morrisville, NC! In this dynamic dual role, you'll be the digital voice and online presence of our brand — keeping our website in WordPress sharp and our social channels buzzing. Responsibilities:
Manage, update, and maintain the company website to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and user experience
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, copy, and multimedia posts
Monitor website analytics and social media metrics to track performance and inform strategy
Perform basic SEO optimization, troubleshoot website issues, and coordinate with developers as needed
Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and grow follower engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with company goals and campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in website management (WordPress only )
Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts and content calendars
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web performance tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field preferred
