Website Customer Service Representative 
Location: 4370 Malsbary Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Position Type: Full-time, In-Office
 
 
Soccer Village is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering a seamless online shopping experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with our e-commerce team, processing center, and retail stores to ensure every order is handled accurately and efficiently from checkout to delivery.
 
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while also helping ensure orders are accurate and secure. This role blends customer support with order review, helping protect both our customers and our business.
 
 
Customer Service & Order Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, returns, and products
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with checkout issues or payment questions
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
  • Resolve order issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Order Review & Support
  • Review online orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify order details such as billing, shipping, and contact information when needed
  • Reach out to customers to confirm order details if anything appears unclear or inconsistent
  • Help prevent order issues by identifying and addressing potential concerns early
  • Maintain clear documentation within internal systems
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with warehouse and retail teams to coordinate fulfillment and pickups
  • Monitor order progress and proactively address any issues that arise
  • Communicate updates clearly across teams to ensure smooth order flow
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly
