Description
Pay Rate: $30-35/hour Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user account and one-off issues reported by the contact center. Provide troubleshooting and facilitate conversations with the development team to resolve issues.
Manage website-related questions from program staff regarding program uploads, event publishing, and registration integration with Salesforce.
Report on website performance, leveraging Google Analytics to track audience engagement, marketing campaign results, and key website metrics.
Manage website content updates, page creation, and publishing within WordPress while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
Assist in optimizing the website's user-facing and back-end content libraries, including media file clean-up and legacy editorial categorization.
Coordinate with external developers to address bugs, implement enhancements, and support ongoing website maintenance.
Translate design concepts into responsive, user-friendly web pages.
Monitor website functionality and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure the website follows accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices.
Requirements:
Experience working with WordPress website administration and content management.
Experience with Salesforce, including user support and troubleshooting.
Experience collaborating with website developers, technical vendors, or digital agencies.
Experience building or maintaining responsive web pages from wireframes or design specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
