Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Website Product Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and complete custom merchandising strategies, crafting personalized, intent-driven shopping experiences.
  • Build and optimize AI-powered systems to present the right products and offers to each user.
  • Drive conversion and customer engagement by improving product discovery, evaluation, and purchase flows.
  • Collaborate with SEO, GEO, and growth teams to translate inbound traffic into high-performing experiences.
  • Leverage AI/ML and experimentation to personalize experiences and optimize funnel performance.
  • Lead the product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious goals
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Strong background in PLG, e-commerce, or growth platforms
  • Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing funnels
  • Experience with data-driven personalization and experimentation
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a clear ability to apply AI in product workflows
  • Education: MBA (preferred) or BA/BS or equivalent experience with 6-10+ years of product management experience.
