The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. * Responsible for service delivery execution. * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. * Maintain the required safety training.
Experience & Skills Requirements
Must Have Skills
• Strong teamwork and ability to work well with others.
• 3-5 years of relevant directional drilling experience.
• Willingness to cross train in MWD.
Nice to Have Skills
• Motor skill.
• Prior SLB experience.
• MWD experience or familiarity with sliding.
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
Shift / Hours / Rotation
• Listed as a 20/10 rotation, though this may vary.
• Typical shifts are 12.5 hours.
• Contractors often remain on a single well or pad for the duration of a hitch and may request relief as needed.
• Not on call during scheduled days off.
• When home waiting for a job, notice is provided as early as possible.
Travel Requirements
• Work occurs throughout U.S. land, mainly:
o Midland, TX
o Pennsylvania
o Oklahoma
• SLB books flights and hotels.
