    Lead Wedding Planner

    High-End Venue

    Coatesville, PA | Chester County

$55,000-$60,000 base salary plus incentives (closers to $80k+), benefits, future potential

    Most holidays off!

    The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned wedding professional who lives for those “this is exactly what we dreamed of” moments? Join one of Chester County’s most sought-after high-end venues and become the driving force behind luxury weddings that feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable.

Our reputation is built on white-glove service, custom design, and culinary excellence. We’re looking for a Lead Wedding Planner who can elevate that standard even further.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the client journey from signed contract to last dance — you’re the expert bringing each couple’s dream to life with zero stress on their end
    • Design + execute high-end weddings for 150-300 guests, with budgets typically $75k-$250k+
    • Manage off-premise logistics when we take our services to private estates, vineyards, and unique venues across the Philadelphia Main Line & Brandywine Valley
    • Curate vendor teams from our preferred list of top-tier florists, photographers, bands, and specialty rentals; negotiate contracts and uphold quality standards
    • Lead event weekends including rehearsals, wedding day timeline execution, and vendor management. You run the show.
    • Partner with culinary & design teams to develop farm-to-table menu experiences and immersive tablescapes that reflect each couple’s story
    • Maintain profitability by managing event budgets, upselling enhancements, and tracking incentive-eligible revenue goals
    • Be the calm in the storm — problem-solve with grace and keep clients, families, and vendors feeling cared for

    Must-Haves

    • 3+ years of clear, verifiable wedding planning experience — this is non-negotiable
    • High-end + off-premise experience strongly preferred — you know how to build a luxury event from the ground up in a raw space
    • Portfolio of past weddings with $50k+ budgets and 150+ guests
    • Up on trends, love the business
    • Exceptional communication skills — you can lead a vendor call at 9am and comfort a nervous bride at 9pm
    • Master of timelines, floor plans, AislePlanner/Social Tables/AllSeated, and MS Office/Google Suite
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak season
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet 10+ hours on event days
    • Professional presence — you represent the brand to high-net-worth clientele

    Compensation & Perks

    • $55,000-$60,000 base salary based on experience
    • Uncapped performance incentives tied to client satisfaction, revenue goals, and referrals — top planners earn $80,000+ all-in
    • Health, dental, vision benefits
    • Paid time off + seasonal blackout flexibility Dec-Feb, off most holidays
    • Be part of an established, respected team that’s booked months out
