We are seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven Wedding & Social Event Sales Manager to lead the sales and servicing of weddings and social events at our luxury, adults‑focused resort. This role is responsible for generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for weddings and social celebrations from initial inquiry through execution.This individual will serve as a key ambassador of the Alila brand—bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service to every event while maximizing revenue and ensuring operational excellence.
