Job Description

• The Weekday Hospitality Team Member (10 AM - 2PM) is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity. In addition to working for an independent Owner/Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Hospitality Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. To apply you must be able to work in front of the house 5 days a week from 10AM- 2PM. 

Work Schedule

• 5 days a week Lunch Shift 10:00 AM - 2:00PM
• Monday-Friday
• Closed on sundays

Lunch Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create & maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly; yet thoroughly 
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with strong work ethic
• Work on feet for several hours at a time 
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress codes at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Available to work 5 days a week lunch shift (10:00 AM-2:00 PM)
• Consistency and reliability 
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer Service Oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
