BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Essex County team. This per diem opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their income while enjoying the flexibility of a weekend schedule and the autonomy of home health practice.
In this specialized role, you''ll focus on completing OASIS Start of Care (SOC) admissions for adult and geriatric clients, helping patients begin their home health journey with comprehensive evaluations and individualized care plans.
