Are you a compassionate communicator with a background in call center support, customer service, or sales? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to channel your skills into something truly meaningful? If so, Embark Behavioral Health invites you to join our team as an Overnight Admissions Coordinator and help families find hope and healing.
As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care.
Responsibilities:
Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week within part-time hours (29 Hours).
Serve as the initial point of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, clear communication and guidance.
Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.
Use active listening and empathy to build rapport and help families feel supported.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.
Proactively address questions, provide solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with Embark.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles—healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
- Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
- A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working with families in stressful or emotional situations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
