Use your excellent communication and advocacy skills to partner with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues to develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan of care which includes health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management activities.

Shift: 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday); 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
